Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je komunalni red u jedinicama lokalne samouprave. Radi održavanja komunalnog reda u jedinicama lokalne samouprave, predstavnička tijela gradova i općina donose odluku o komunalnom redu. Odluka kao takva sadrži odredbe kojima se definira komunalni red, pa se tako te odredbe odnose na uređenje naselja, održavanje čistoće i čuvanje javnih površina, korištenje javnih površina, skupljanje, odvoz i postupanje sa prikupljenim komunalnim otpadom, uklanjanje snijega i leda, uklanjanje protupravno postavljenih predmeta, mjere za provođenje komunalnog reda i kaznene odredbe.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this final work is the Communal Order in local self-government units. In order to maintain the communal order in local self-government units, the representative bodies of cities and municipalities make a decision on the communal order. Such a decision contains the regulations that define the communal order in the way that the regulations relate to arrangement of a settlement, keeping up cleanliness and maintaining public surfaces, collecting, transporting and disposal of municipal waste, removal of snow and ice, removal of unlawfully placed objects, measures for implementing the communal order and penal provisions.
