Abstract
Nogomet je jedan od takvih sportova koji je vrlo zahtjevan u smislu fizičkih sposobnosti i zahtijeva učinkovite metode oporavka kako bi se održala visoka razina performansi. Istraživanje je provedeno putem Google obrasca, a ukupno je sudjelovalo 78 ispitanika. Anketni upitnik bio je potpuno anoniman te su sudionici dobrovoljno sudjelovali. Glavni cilj istraživanja bio je proučiti stavove nogometaša i fizioterapeuta o primjenjivanim metodama oporavka koje nogometaši koriste nakon treninga i utakmica. Iz rezultata se može zaključiti da se ledena kupka može primijeniti u smanjenju upale i mišićne napetosti. Masaža i istezanje također mogu pomoći u opuštanju i bržem odmoru, čime se smanjuje rizik od ozljeda. Aktivni oporavak, poput vožnje bicikla, može ubrzati proces regeneracije mšića. Pravilna prehrana i kvalitetan san, zajedno sa suplementima kao što su proteini i kreatin, važni su u vraćanju energije i poboljšanju sportskih rezultata. Statistička značajnost rezultata potvrđuje da nije bilo velike razlike u stavovima fizioteraputa i nogometaša o primjenjivanim metodama oporavka.
Abstract (english)
Football is one such sport that is very demanding in terms of physical abilities and requires effective recovery methods to maintain a high level of performance. The survey was conducted via a Google form, and a total of 78 respondents participated. The survey questionnaire was completely anonymous and the participants took part voluntarily. The main goal of the research was to study the attitudes of football players and physiotherapists about the applied recovery methods that football players use after training and matches. From the results, it can be concluded that the ice bath can be used to reduce inflammation and muscle tension. Massage and stretching can also help you relax and rest faster, reducing the risk of injury. Active recovery, such as cycling, can speed up the muscle regeneration process. Proper nutrition and quality sleep, along with supplements such as protein and creatine, are important in restoring energy and improving athletic performance. The statistical significance of the results confirms that there was no great difference in the opinions of physiotherapists and football players about the applied recovery methods.
