Abstract
Jedan od ključnih elemenata za realizaciju pomorskog prijevoza je i očitovanje volja dvaju ugovornih strana koje sudjeluju u prijevozničkoj djelatnosti. Ugovor je nužan za točno određivanje prava pojedinih stranaka u prijevozničkoj djelatnosti. U ovom radu, nastojat će se pobliže objasniti značenje kao i sama važnost ugovora te njegove vrste, a posebna pozornost posvetit će se ugovorima vezanim za pomorsko pravo, odnosno pomorski promet. To su ugovor o prijevozu putnika i prtljage morem, ugovor o prijevozu stvari morem, ugovor o tegljenju, ugovori o drugim pomorskim plovidbenim poslovima, ugovor o javnoj usluzi i ostali ugovori značajni za odvijanje pomorskog prometa.
Abstract (english)
One of the key factors for realization of sea transport is good will from two sides who engage in contract and that two sides must be in transport industry. Importance of contract is manifested through setting rights for each side of contract in transport industry. Main goal of this scientific paper is to gice explanation and meaning as well as importance od contract, explain contract types, especially contracts connected to a sea transport like passengers transportatiton contract, goods transportation contract, haul contract, contracts connected to other sea transportation business, public service contract and other contracts which are useful and important for making sea transport possible.
